In Geraldine Brooks' People of the Book, the Muslim librarian of Sarajevo risks his life to save from destruction a treasured illuminated Haggadah.

Methodist Minister Rev. Dr. D. S. Dharmapalan talked about his native Sri Lanka and the experience of living side by side, peacefully and collaboratively, with Muslims and Hindus.

Hira Rafiq and her father, Imam Mohammad Rafiq of the Islamic Center of Cape Cod, read passages from the Qur'an to explain Islam's connections to Judaism and Christianity.

Father Marcel Bouchard of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Sandwich, reflecting on his undergraduate studies of the Old Testament, told the gathered about the time a professor of his said, "Jesus never quoted from the New Testament."
