A Taste of Japanese Food & Culture with Erika-San

What a banquet! Set in the Sandwich Public Library's meeting room decorated with banners, gowns, and other examples of Japanese culture, Sandwich's Erika Young Angelique, known in Japan as Erika-San, treated all gathered to a delicious variety of dishes including dumplings, egg & soy roll-ups, sushi, curry rice, and much more.
